The fiber cement flat sheets produced by Eyvanit Baverce are composed of minerals such as cement and silicon, which are strengthened and reinforced with natural and artificial non-asbestos fiber, using the Hatschek method. The considerably high durability of the materials is not affected or reduced over time. Since the flat sheets are produced under high-quality standards, they can be utilized in outer spaces as well as inner spaces of various types of buildings and constructions. As mentioned before, the flat sheets are produced without using asbestos, which is an important advantage in terms of environmental concerns, however, the sheets are as durable, resistant, and strong as asbestos products.
The fiber cement flat sheets produced by Eyvanit Baverce are produced in two types, in terms of density: medium (MD) and high (HD), as a result they can be used extensively for covering a variety of surfaces, colorful high-density sheets being ideal for outer spaces and facades. When applied to separating walls and panels, they show incredible resistance to destructive atmospheric conditions.
The general characteristics of the fiber cement flat sheets produced by Eyvanit Baverce are as followed:
• The most economical, water-resistant sheets in the construction industry, which makes them ideal for inner and outer walls as well as floors.
• The relatively light weight of the sheets makes the installation process easily possible by using wood or light metal scaffoldings. The lightness of the sheets is an important factor in various construction projects, while it facilitates installation as well as transportation.
• Fire resistant
• Corrosion and UV resistant
• Heat resistant
• The fiber cement flat sheets are originally produced in grey but can be easily painted or covered to the architects’ or designers’ preferences.
• Produced under DIN EN 12467 Standard
The underlayment of the fiber cement flat sheets (NT):
The holding structure used for the fiber cement flat sheets (NT) should be designed by construction engineers, and numerous factors must be considered in the design. For general usage, the holding structure should have a lateral bearing capacity of 1.2kPa, and the length of the structure should not exceed 6 meters. Some general instructions are as followed:
• The sides of the sheets should be placed on the poles of the structure.
• The distance between the vertical poles should not exceed 60 centimeters.
• The distance between the horizontal poles should not exceed 125 centimeters (except for the sheets of 6mm and 8mm thickness, for which the distance should not exceed 62.5 centimeters).
• In case of using the products for floors as an underlayment to be covered with tiles or ceramic, make sure to consider the expansion joints.
• It is recommended to use 10mm and 12mm sheets painted with acrylic for the facades of the buildings.

Slates are fine-grained metamorphic rocks in thin, flat sheets. Slates produced by Eyvanit Baverce are compressed under 100kg to 150kg per square centimeter, to acquire properties as natural as possible. Eyvanit Slates that are produced under pressure show extra resistance to destructive atmospheric factors, remarkably higher than flat sheets do. The general characteristics of the slates produced by Eyvanit Baverce are as followed:
• Light, impenetrable, appropriate for high slope roofs
• Precise cutting and perforation make the installation process fast and easy

The Eyvanit Baverce concrete pipes are produced under national and global standards and are controlled daily in our on-site laboratory. During various steps of production, the quality control team checks out the samples to make sure the final product matches the concrete mix design, a design formulated by our professionals in the laboratory. The concrete setting is done by either steam systems or concrete sprinklers before the concrete pipe is tested under crushing standards.

The Eyvanit Baverce V-Grip polymer concrete pipes include a flat surface and a V-shaped gripped surface. The V-shaped protuberances are locked in the product during pouring concrete and fixing the polymer inter-lining. The V-Grip covers are produced from polyethylene (PE) gripped sheets of 2mm thickness. The resulting product is used extensively in sewerage systems. The polymer inter-lining raises the product's useful life to more than a hundred years, a fact that makes the polymer concrete pipes the most economical in the sewerage industry.
Eyvanit Baverce takes orders to produce various concrete pieces used in the construction industry, such as concrete flower pots, decorative items, etc.
Baverce company and Eyvanit Baverce Factory execute projects of designing, manufacturing, installing, and launching production lines in the field of concrete industry. Some of our projects are as followed:
• We plan, build, and run production lines of fiber cement sheets and boards, slates, concrete pipes, and prestressed concrete pipes with steel cores.
• We build all types of casts and palettes, high-capacity vacuum pumps (1000 – 1500 m3) with 60% energy saving, cutting machines, bag openers with minimum environmental impacts, steel grids machinery for reinforcing pipes, and crushing test machines.
• We design and build central vibration devices used for the production of 300-3500mm pipes, quad systems of 300mm pipes, dust filters for the cement and fiber cement industry, cylinders for the fiber cement industry, and industrial boilers with various capacities for preparing concrete.
